Coconut Mint Chutney

This is simple pudina flavour coconut chutney.



Ingredients:
Fresh scraped or grated coconut- ½ cup 
Mint (pudina) leaves- ½ cup 
Fresh coriander leaves, chopped- ¼ cup
Green chillies - 3  (as per your taste)
Dry mango powder (Amchur)- 2 tsp
Cumin seeds- ½ tsp
Sugar- ½ tsp
Salt to taste
Water- as required

Use fresh ingredients, do not use frozen.

Method:
Grind all ingredients together into a paste. 
Serve with Gujarati or Maharashtrian snacks. 
This chutney do not need ginger- garlic, just feel pudina flavour.
