Chikoo (Sapota) is one of the native and commonly available tropical fruits. With simple sugars in it, consumption of sapota replenishes the energy instantly. It contains antioxidant properties and minerals.
Chikoos- 4 large size (1 cup)
Low fat milk, chilled- ¾ cup to 1 cup
Sugar- 2 to 3 tsp or as per your taste (you can use honey instead of sugar)
A scoop of vanilla ice-cream
Wash and peel chikoos. These chikoos are from my mom's garden.
De-seed and cut chikoos.
Blend together all the above ingredients except ice-cubes.
Pour the milkshake in two tall glasses.
