- Chicken breast pieces- 2
- Baby tomatoes- 6
- Colour bell pepper, Julianne- 1 cup
- Onion, cubed- 1 cup
- Salt and pepper- to taste
- Olive oil- 2 tsp
- Basil leaves- for garnishing
For the Marinade:
- Balsamic vinegar- 1 tsp
- American barbeque sauce- 1 tbsp
- Chilli sauce- 2 tsp
- Rosemary- 1 tsp
- Crushed pepper- ½ tsp
- Garlic paste-1 tbsp
- Olive oil- 2 tsp
- Salt to taste
Method:
- Mix all the ingredients of marinade and marinate chicken properly with this marination at least 2 hours.
- Grill the chicken pieces in preheated oven or on a barbeque for 25 to 30 minutes turning it in between.
- Serve hot with grilled veggies.
