Cucumber Chiller

A very healthy and refreshing drink for summer........


  • Roughly chopped cucumber with skin- 1 cup
  • Fresh coriander - 2 tbsp
  • Chilled water- ½ cups 
  • Fresh Pepper powder- 1 tsp
  • Lemon juice-1 tbsp
  • Rock salt (saindhav namak)-to taste
  • Cucumber slice- 1 (for garnishing)

  • Blend all indigents together. 
  • Strain and serve chilled.
  • Garnish with cucumber slice.
Or.... Don't strain, you may serve as cold soup. It is more beneficial because fibers remains in the soup.
