A very healthy and refreshing drink for summer........
Ingredients:
- Roughly chopped cucumber with skin- 1 cup
- Fresh coriander - 2 tbsp
- Chilled water- ½ cups
- Fresh Pepper powder- 1 tsp
- Lemon juice-1 tbsp
- Rock salt (saindhav namak)-to taste
- Cucumber slice- 1 (for garnishing)
Method:
- Blend all indigents together.
- Strain and serve chilled.
- Garnish with cucumber slice.
Or.... Don't strain, you may serve as cold soup. It is more beneficial because fibers remains in the soup.
