Red Radish & Baby Carrot Salad

Some days before I have visited to Mahabaleshwar (A hill station in Maharashtra). I got this cute small red radishes & baby carrots. I made this beautiful and tasty salad. 



Ingredients:
Red radishes- 6 to 8
Baby carrots- 5 to 6
Tomato- 1
Sliced onion- ¼ cup
Chopped capsicum- ¼ cup

Dressing:
Olive oil- 2 tsp
Balsamic vinegar- 1 tsp
Salt and black pepper to tate

Method:
Wash the all vegetables. Don’t peel baby carrot; it’s very soft, just clean properly. Slice the radishes & cut into half. Cut tomato, don’t take pulp, If cherry tomato is available, use it.

Combine radish slices with chopped onions, capsicum, tomato, carrots. Add dressing & mix well. Serve with any tandoor or grilled dish. It is good going with garlic bread. This salad is even better several hours after preparation
