Nutritious Banana & Dates Drink

After having this drink, you can control your hunger for long period. It gives coolness to stomach.


Ingredients: 
Seedless dates- 5 to 6
Water of tender coconut- 1 cup
Ripe Banana- 1

Method:
Soak seedless dates for over night. Take only water of tender coconut. Cut banana into small pieces. 
Combine drained and soaked dates, banana slices and coconut water in a blender. Blend it. 
Your Nutritious Perk Drink is ready. Pour in a glass. Garnish with date & banana slice.
