Servings: 2 glasses
- Honeydew melon, chilled chunks- 2 cups
- Celery stalk, chopped- 2 tbsp to ¼ cup
- Ginger, peeled and chopped- ½ inch piece
- Lime juice- 1 tsp or to taste (optional)
- Sugar or honey- 1 tsp or to taste
- Pepper- ½ tsp
- Black salt- a half pinch
