Aavala is a natural source of Vitamin C and helping in curing

It is natural remedy for acidity, gastric
troubles, constipation and indigestion.
It is helpful in lowering cholesterol and
blood sugar level.

Ingredients:
Aavala pieces – ½ cupGreen chili- 1
Ginger- 1 tsp
Chopped Fresh coriander- ¼ cup
Black pepper cons- 2 (optional)
Sugar- to taste
Salt to taste
Method:
Cut & deseed the aavala. Peel & chop ginger.
Combine all ingredients and grind with little water.
You can omit the green chili, if you don’t like.
