This veggie and cheesy omelet is delicious and easy to make for breakfast. It makes your day special.

- Eggs- 2 to 3
- Red, yellow and Green bell peppers, chopped- ¼ cup
- Mushrooms, chopped- ¼ cup
- Spring onion,chopped- 2 tbsp
- Spring onion greens, chopped- 2 tbsp
- Processed cheese- 1 cube
- Chilli flakes- ¼ tsp
- Oregano- ¼ tsp
- Black pepper powder- ¼ tsp or to taste
- Salt- to taste
- Olive oil- 1 tbsp
Method:
- Crack the eggs in a bowl and add a pinch of salt and pepper to it. Beat with a fork or whisk until combined.
- Heat oil in a pan, add all veggies except spring onion greens.
- Sprinkle salt and saute for a minute.
- Add chilli flakes, oregano, black pepper powder. Mix it well and cook for another minute.
- Spread all veggies and pour egg batter.
- Spread grated cheese and spring onion greens on it.
- Cook until sides are dry gently pivoting pan to ensure evenness.
- Flip omelet with the help of dish and cook on other side.
- Serve hot with Bread.
